Service was great. Item was great. Unfortunately our fan maker (Hinkley) uses Hinkley controllers and. also uses Fanimation controllers but our fan is not fitting the available controllers. This is not a Fanimation problem but is a pandemic issue where the replacement items have not been either released or made. I have no complaints about this controller or the sellers.

I have this switch (two years old) but it no longer worked. I ordered a replacement from this lovely company. They sent it right away, but included a warning in big bold print: "This item uses an A23 battery.....check your battery on your old switch before installing this new one". WOW! Who knew!!??? I replaced the battery on my old switch and returned the new one with my heartfelt thanks for being so helpful!!!

The reason this is a highly returned item is because there is a A23 battery behind the small plastic faceplate that users don’t know about needing to service.Changeout this battery first before buying a replacement unit to see if the unit comes back to life.Kept mine as a future backup.Good luck.
