I need to protect a loveseat from my cats. I decided the best and least-hideous solution would be a clear plastic cover that I can remove when I have people over. I bought this U-Haul loveseat cover and also a heavier cover from another manufacturer. The U-Haul cover is the winner! I love it! It's thin, lightweight, and quite clear so it doesn't look bad at all, and the cats have shown zero interest in the loveseat since I put the cover on. The heavier cover was way too difficult to work with, very thick, stiff, shiny vinyl with a powerful vinyl smell. If you are doing long-term storage the heavier cover might be preferable. For sizing reference, I have the Coaster "Tufted Back Settee" model 902498 and the U-Haul cover fits so well I actually laughed after I put it on. There are a few inches to spare on the sides and the bottom edge extends a couple of inches below the upholstery. If you have a bulky loveseat this loveseat-size cover probably won't work, so get the sofa-size cover. I just want to add that some reviews say the cover is just a sheet, but it's definitely a bag with one open end. Another plus: low price! Just want to say I also have the U-Haul mattress and rug bags and love them. For moving I have used the mattress bags not just for beds but also chairs. And the rug bags are great for rolls of fabric and other long things (like long bolster pillows) as well as rugs. The mattress bags and rug bags are nice thick plastic and good for long term storage, not just the move.

This is for a very small loveseat. Not on that has puffy arms like mine did.
