I decided to make mini desserts, so guest would be more likely to take some. No one seems to want a big slice of pie or cheesecake anymore, so we made smaller options. They worked so well for baking. Releasing the mini cakes was easy with the bottoms able to come out. Nonstick.

These were purchased for a Mother’s Day craft for TK children; the bottom portion of the tin is easily removed from upper and allowed for easy access for the children to decorate.

I recently bought these to make chocolate Tarts for a wedding. The pans were the exact size I needed. They were easy to use and worked perfectly. In the past, when removing pastry shellscfrom pansI have often had trouble removing them, resulting in broken shells. Because these have removable bottoms, the Tarts easily popped out without any breakage!.The pans are well made, with crisp curves and an easy release coating. They wash up well by hand and store perfectly in my cupboards.They are a great value for the money.
