This is a durable, heavy unit that will stand up to time. They also provide folders and ideas to help you create your organization. I had a similar item, I liked the system, but the item was not secure and any time you had to move or lift it, the pieces came apart. This is great cuz of the angle, you can see front to back, if you use the color system you won't have any trouble just sticking those dang bills and receipts exactly where they belong. I suggest this system for those of us who HATE filing and tend to let it accumulate in a pile. Now, when it is done and I must keep it, I simply reach over and slip it into the appropriate file. Great System, it actually fits into one of those carts also. I keep it in the top shelf and can roll it if need be.

This setup is exactly what I needed for quick retrieval of files. I have a home office and didn't want anything larger. I do recommend felt pads for the bottom so the desk doesn't get scratches. I wasn't sure if I would like the semitransparent folders but they are easy to handle and seem like good material for longevity.

I love this organizer! The folders work great, and I love that they are color coordinated. The way they are spaced makes it easy to read the folder labels. I have nothing bad to say about this!

Great for organizing... But it needs much more strength. The bottom of the whole piece needs a connecting base front to back side to side for stability and strength.
