I’ve used this brand for over 23 years! It’s compact and just fits right on my counter top. It’s easy to clean. You get your money’s worth as the product has a long life and it’s worth every dime you pay! Go for it!!

I ordered this used and all the parts came with. Grinder needs adequate liquids to get going but once it does works just as intended. Very pleased with this time saving equipment! Does get hot over time so about an hour in, I'll shut it off and wait for it to cool then run it again. But that is expected at this price point, not the best motor.

Great product, easy to handle and gets perfect idly,dosa batter everytime. Its a little heavy to will be difficult to clean.

The product performance is not good not grinding to the smoothness required for dosa batter and idly batter .. cleaning is challenging. On top of it hidden chargers when you want to return the product. Overall not worth.

This is a great product for dosa batter. Now no more need to buy batter from store, its very fast because of presence of stone it taste very authentic. Must to buy if you love dosa idli uttapa uttapam etc..

Product looked sturdy and good at the onset.. There is a ring of glue below, around the inside edges and it is peeling. As you can see the photo, the glue scraps are coming off!! These grinders are supposed to be built for long life, not too sure of the sturdiness and authenticity now..
