As a Chef, I go through a LOT of whipped cream for desserts (also for my own hot chocolate!). These work perfectly in my ISI whipped cream dispenser.

When it is time for me to order NO2 cartridges I generally take the time to find the bet value on Amazon. This is it at this time. They do exactly what they were designed to do - make great whipped cream, and the cost per cartridge is the best I have found his far.
