I have a Sheltie and this worked. I used the inside setting pointed at him and said quiet. I only had to use the button twice. Then I changed to the light only button, now I just point my finger at him and say quiet. In less then two weeks I have a Sheltie that doesn't bark in the house even if the doorbell rings.

Since a person can’t hear the ultrasound from this item, I would like to know how to determine if it is functioning, especially when the light is not working.

I recently purchased the Wagglz Bark Remote, and I'm thoroughly impressed! It's amazing how effective this device is in stopping my dog's barking at strangers. I can’t tell you how excited I’m to finally find a product that really works at keeping my 2 high energy loud dogs quiet. We were getting neighbor complaints and you can actually be fined where we live. I figured nothing to lose to try the Bark Remote, so we bought one and I’m so happy we did. We made sure we read the training guide and got our treats ready. And Wow Here are my 2 angels sitting quietly and NOT barking. Highly recommend.

I have just received this product. But no brand name is there on body of this device. In picture as shown in your website product name 'Wagglz' is clearly visible but it is no where on this device received by me. Why it is so?I have to check its effects when I will use it.
