Step 1
- Remove the axle screw nuts of the wheel
- Remove the derailleur cage and the chain, using a hex key

Step 2
- Remove the valve cap
- Deflate the inner tube using the valve tool from one lever
- Remove the valve nut

Step 3
- Pry the tire from the rim
- Remove the inner tube starting from the valve
- Check inside of the tire

Step 4
- Inflate the inner tube, just enough to give it some shape
- Insert the tube by placing the valve first

Step 5
- Align the rest of the inner tube on the rim channel
- Keep pumping until you reach the recommended PSI

Pay attention to stem length for your replacement this is 37mm, believe standard is 32mm, it is slightly longer. I didn't have an issue but be mindful this might be longer than your standard tire.replacement was easy and it worked. haven't had to use hte tools, but i like that they are small, keeping these in my go pouch in case i need to fix a flat on the go.

The material seems strong and the little tools that came with it are handy. Not the best quality tools but for the price compared similar to others without tools. The tube is still going strong and my son is not easy on his bike

I only gave 4 stars because the item hasn't had enough use to give it 5, but it could be. I would need to know that it's durable and lasts a while, but we have not had it long enough and my son doesn't ride as much as I'd like. That said, it went on fine, has no leaks. The tool wasn't great, but I had and used my own and I didn't care about it, so the review is only based on the tube.

I've purchased several of these inner tubes for my BMX bikes in the last 2 or 3 years. They are great quality at this price point. They are way more durable than the average tube! The tire levers and stem depressors are fairly nice and surprisingly tough, but a little slippery. I've used them with Tuff wheels like ACS and Skyway but also on alloy rims with spokes. Very happy with the product.
