Step 1
- Remove the axle screw nuts of the wheel
- Remove the derailleur cage and the chain, using a hex key

Step 2
- Remove the valve cap
- Deflate the inner tube using the valve tool from one lever
- Remove the valve nut

Step 3
- Pry the tire from the rim
- Remove the inner tube starting from the valve
- Check inside of the tire

Step 4
- Inflate the inner tube, just enough to give it some shape
- Insert the tube by placing the valve first

Step 5
- Align the rest of the inner tube on the rim channel
- Keep pumping until you reach the recommended PSI

**UPDATE**The seller refunded me this order and offered to send replacement tubes, very good customer service! I am inclined to think my tube was just a one off. Still too thin of a tube but it is lightweight if that is what you need.I installed one of these tubes last week and within 6 days I woke up in the morning and found my back tire flat. Upon removal and inspection I found that the seam where the tube is joined to itself had a hole in it and I didn't have a puncture it was a structural thing where it just started leaking. Not very good construction very lightweight and started leaking without even being punctured I do not recommend these tubes
