I purchased a Gamo Wasp Maxxim, 1300 fps, .177 cal. and scope from a big box store, at that time I also purchased a can of Crosman Premier .177, 7.4gr, pointed pellets. I shot over 100 of the pellets at various distances and for the most part could not even hit a soda can at 15 yards consistently. I was continuously adjusting the scope and at 10 yards could only hold a 3.5†dia pattern with many fliers 6†away from my target point. So I purchased a much better scope from Bass Pro shop at a 50% off sale thinking this will surely help my consistency. How wrong I was, still all over the place, so I went online and was surprised there were so many suggestions about trying different pellets. Wow, I had no idea there were so many variations in a basic .177 pellet!!! So I purchased a RWS, Superdome field line dome shaped head 8.3gr, German made .177 pellet. I also purchased a Crosman Premier Magnum 10.5gr .177 pellet. I set my target at 25 yards and shot from a setting rest position, very stable. OMG the difference a pellet can make, the RWS Superdome was crazy with quality, all pellets from the tin I purchased were perfect .177 diameter measured with a micrometer and the weight dead on and no variations, no manufacturing seam just a perfectly made pellet. It shot very well and at 25 yards it held a 2†consistent pattern. The Crosman Premier Magnum 10.5 gram pellet was about .178 to .179 dia and had a heavy seam from the manufacturing process so it was tricky trying to press these into the barrel however they shot crazy well and highly consistent with a 1.5†dia grouping!!! When I measured the Crossman .177, 7.4gr, pointed pellet they were .176 and a little smaller and I did not see a heavy manufacturing seam, the pellets looked really well made but with my Gamo Wasp this pellet was all over the place, hard to keep it in a 6†dia target at 25 yards, and some crazy fliers. The shooting people are very correct, it is all about the pellet. If you are having issues with your gun's accuracy and are adjusting your scope all over and being down right frustrated with accuracy, get different pellets and experiment with other weight pellets and shapes until you find the pellet your gun is happy with. I honestly thought my gun was just no good but I am totally pleased with the accuracy. The Crosman 10.5gr did not look the best however they really shot the best from my gun, so pleased with the gun and pellet!

Nicely manufactured, well finished.Pellets for me are VERY accurate, my Daisy really likes them! Took my first iguana (right behind the ear). There are more out there in the yard so I'm sure they will work just as well.

Performed about the same as any other pellet like this. That would have put it at a 3 star, but these pellets have an interesting sound when shot. It sounded like a coin when it ripped through the air. That's what bumped it up to a 4 for me. Get these if you wanna a basic pellet with a niche.

I have only shot the Crosman Premier hollow points prior to the Superdomes. These pellets have a much highershine and appear to be much cleaner than the Crosmans. The Superdomes shoot amazing through my Umarex Fusion 2 out to 25yds. They maybe better further, but this is as far as I have tested them. Will definitely be buying more. They appear to be of higher quaility with just a slight more increase in price.

I was excited for the reviews as it shows almost perfect accuracy at 95%. But so bad it arrived damaged :( unable to open/close the tin smoothly.

Love these pellets. Work well with my Webley Mark VI as well as my Colt Peacemaker and my Legends Ace in a Hole. Also used in my Ruger Air Hawk and my Vigilante .357 pistol. Just bought another tin.
