Overall I'm quite happy with this product! It looks and feels like a quality item, and it has greatly improved the functionality of this area of countertop in my kitchen.This listing is for the set that comes WITH the side utensil holder and the hanging shelves (there was some confusion among reviews, as there are multiple listings each with its own set of features. The confusion is because the photos sometimes show extra pieces).On unwrapping and installation:Packaged well, each piece wrapped in tissue paper to prevent scratching.Nothing damaged on arrival, no pieces missing.The instructions are inside the cardboard casing around the tension rods - I'm finding it helps to locate these *before* starting installation. :)A small warning: Once you lock the plastic piece with the lever (which holds the utensil holder), it is nearly impossible to unlock it. Ensure it's oriented in the right direction before locking it!One small difference compared to the photos: The hangers for the shelf portion are white coated metal, not stainless as seen in the photos. In my opinion this is an improvement in the look of the product.Overall very happy!

Even though it doesn’t show the hanging shelves in the main picture is does list them in the description and shows them in additional pictures so I was expecting them to be included… NOT. They were one of the reasons I purchased this item, I have very limited counter space. Haven’t decided yet if I’m going to keep it.

Very pleased as alwaus with this UMBRA product! Great quality! Easy to install using their typical picture diagram! It was packaged very well. I went with this version because it includes the untensil holder and hanging trays. I'm pleased with all of the features it comes with! It comes with a very very tiny allen key to tighten up two points on the vertical poles once you have them in place under the counter top. I will need to keep the allen key in a safe place in case I ever need to relocate this Tension Organizer. UMBRA really knocked it out of the park with this great Organizer!

Although we love – love – love this Umbra product and it works very well in our limited kitchen space, we were very disappointed that the tiny Allen L-shaped key was missing in this kit via Amazon. Without the key, this product is useless. We ended up begging Umbra (the original maker of the product) to mail us a key. When they said they could not do it since it was not purchased directly from their company, we said we would pay for it. Thankfully Umbra sent us the tiny Allen key (free of charge) so that we could put this product together. Rating 5 is for the product. Rating 2 would be for this Amazon seller for not ensuring all pieces were there before selling/reselling the product… The package looked like it had been tampered with (perhaps a returned item?), but I had already opened it and was ready to install it on our counter when I realized the Allen key was missing. I now check “new†when searching for products on Amazon as I gave it very little thought and just assumed I was always getting a new product.

Bought this to wedge in a two inch gap behind stove of trailer. Holds spoons, oven mitts, spices, and scissors! So useful when you don’t have a lot of counter space. Highly recommend especially in a travel trailer.

We got it set up and installed very quickly. However, one of our cats likes to explore the counter and in doing so, managed to snap off one of the pegs where the top bar is seated against the vertical support. We had ordered a second one from Umbra and the same thing happened.Great product but this is a serious design flaw. Wouldn't buy it again.

When product is extended to the longest, it is not very sturdy. Thought it would be taller. Did not end up using as intended but works well for what I now use it for.

Online it's described as being up to 24" high and 20" wide.After unpacking I noticed that the installation manual mentions that it's actually 20" high and 24" wide.These measurements are unfortunately too short and it won't reach up to my kitchen boards by a good 2".I'll have to find something with which to prop it up now, but ultimately it's going to come in handy I think.
