Easy to use, just plug and start. I like that you have the variability to manually use it or the preprogrammed work out. I have a desk job and am hoping this will help with mobility throughout the day.

I really enjoy my under-the-desk elliptical! I appreciate the ability to get a quick workout in while at work. The smooth gliding motion is gentle on my joints but still gives me a great workout. Plus, the adjustable resistance levels let me customize my workout to fit my needs. Not to mention, it's quiet so I don't disturb anyone around me. Overall, this under desk elliptical has made a huge difference in my daily routine and I recommend it!
