I replace these for my broody guinea fowl eggs. They’re smaller but if I steal 6 from the nest I’ll throw in 8-9 as replacements so she’ll continue sitting on the others to hatch herself.

Long story short but I had some eggs I had purchased from a primitive store for a little bird nest I had found in the yard…my grandson (3 yrs old) came and stayed at my house for about 2 weeks and my eggs were missing when he left! Omg I was so upset bc those were hard to find so I bought my own and painted and speckled them myself (ofc 1 Is black bc being different is beautiful;)) but I think they turned out really cute! And it was fun painting them! But I love em! And I’ve given a few of my creative friends and relatives some to paint for their houses! So they are a sweet little gift idea as well! And they are inexpensive and the cutest things ever!!!

This was a good buy, good value for money and no issues with quality. The wood was smooth, no rough edges and it made our crafting idea easy to achieve.

I ordered the 24 count bag of eggs to hand-paint for Christmas Ornaments and sell in our local Guild Store..The wood is nice and the shape is great. But I ordered the 24 count and only received 23 in the unopened bag. Now that may not seem like a big problem but with nowhere to get them here, the store I promised two dozen of the painted eggs will now only get 23. That does make a difference to me. The solution from Amazon was to order again and return the 23. Since I need to have them finished and delivered to the guild on Monday , that is not an option for me. Very disappointing.

I’ve purchased wooden eggs and other wooden items from Woodpeckers numerous times before. They make a great quality wooden egg. Unfortunately these were too small for what I intended to use them for so I returned them.
