I bought this for my 2.5 year old to do for some independent sensory play. It's a great little kit! I threw out the glitter and gravel and bought 2 bags of pink kinetic sand to mix with this pink sand and it's the perfect amount (I saved the green included here for later because I didn't want the colors mixing but I feel like you'll want an extra bag no matter what colors you choose to use). The little castle molds and gems and unicorns are great. The rainbow is pretty flimsy and already broke but that's fine. Use any other play dough/sensory bin scoops/rolling pins/cutting instruments/figurines you have on hand and it's well worth it for the price point.

As a person who worked for the DOE with children, this is amazing for their motor skills. It also keeps them entertained as we all know children’s attention span is very short lol
