Me and my son have so much fun with this!The only thing I would change is the button being more distinct. My son is 2 so he struggles to find the button. I am putting a sticker on it so he knows.Other than that, it’s great!

This review is for the LCD Doodle Board Dinosaur Writing Tablet for Kids Toys, 8.5 inch (Green)The tablet has a storage area for the "pen" in the back of the tablet. Of course it's not really a "pen" but a plastic stick with a rounded pointed end to draw with.These are great toys for the kids. They can play endless games of tic-tac-toe and they can also draw their "masterpieces" to show you. It comes ready to use right of the box - the battery is included. They even included a lanyard to attach the "pen" to the tablet so the "pens" won't get lost.There are preset colors on the display which appear when the screen is drawn on by the plastic pen. There is a lock switch which enables or disables the ability to erase the screen. When the lock switch is unlocked - then a simple push of the trash button erases the screen and a new picture can be drawn.I found that the lines drawn are nicely viewable and really stand out. This tablet comes with a nice sketch booklet to show the children some ideas of what to draw.This is a nice (and quiet) toy to amuse the children when they need to accompany you at a meeting, church service or in the car. It makes a great travel accessory for the kids.Here is why I didn't give it a 5 star rating. The erase button doesn't have a visible indicator where it is! The pad has a piece of clear tape showing the approximate area but without a clear button I'm afraid the children will get frustrated! To overcome this I drew a black marker "button" where the "hidden" button is located.

My kiddo loves to draw so this is a perfect variation of art for him. It requires zero cleanup and is easy to take on the go. I do wish the erase button were more obvious but nothing wrong with a challenge for the kids.

I got this for my 3 year to use in the car. He likes it but the "button" to clear it ins't super obvious and a little difficult to press. I showed him a few times and he gets frustrated with it but after a few weeks finally got it. He like the colors is creates.
