This pack has a lot of great features and it's 1/4 the price of the dakine heli I'm replacing because it didn't have external water bottle pockets. Maybe it won't be as durable, time will tell, but for the money I think it's really great

This isn't the lightest backpack, but it is the best one I could find for carrying snow shoes and other essential gear. It is very durable and water resistant. I had no issues hiking through a snow storm. It is comfortable and just the right size. It is an excellent value.

Great value but the zips stick a little and are a little loose, best if you zip to the bottom rather than to the top

This backpack is large, very well constructed and thoughtfully designed. The waist strap with pockets is my favorite part of the design. The goggle pocket could be a bit bigger but it's usable. Overall the material and design is that of a much more expensive bag.I would really like this bag in a 20L size as well. The 30L is larger than I need but the bag isn't bulky at all so it works for me.

The pouch for my goggles is tight. I can't zip it all the way closed. I wish it had a better separate pocket for the shovel and probe. The material is sturdy and durable, but the layout isn't great for Backcountry skiing

I used this bag for skiing and climbing and it's been great. 30L is a bit too big for skiing unless you're carrying something big -- or want to have space to throw your jacket if it gets too warm etc. For climbing, I can fit my harness, helmet, gears, shoes no problem. Great product for the price
