Matters Needing Attention: When installing the elevator, aim the elevator at the groove of the bracket on both sides, so that the car won't keeps falling from the slide. If it is not aligned with the groove of the bracket, the elevator will keep falling.

I ordered the blue track and it has no stickers and no cars is this normal? At this point my grandson couldn't play with it and as soon as we got it together which we wished it would have had an instruction book, it fell apart and nothing works we are NOT HAPPY!!!!!

This toy entertains my toddler for long periods of time. He loves cars and this has kept him busy for long periods of times. Lightweight and durable, very recommended for lots of days of fun!

This track is difficult to assemble because it has like a million stickers to add and a ton of little signs and other pieces that you have to add. Plus, the "instructions" are tiny pictures that are very difficult to decipher (at least for the stickers and other small pieces).The tower is SO flimsy. My son leaned over it to pick up a car, didn't put his whole weight at all, but the tower toppled over and fell apart. Cars DO NOT stay on the track as they go down. They fly off on every turn. This is especially true for the cars they send with the tower and even true for actual hotwheels cars (although they can make it most of the way down sometimes).The elevator lift doesn't stop on its own when it gets to the bottom or top, so if your kid is younger, you'll likely endure a horrible clicking noise when the elevator gets to the top because the thing just keeps trying to spin.Definitely regret getting this tower and wish I had just gotten a hot wheels track. It's not even that great of a savings to get this over the higher priced hot wheels tracks. I would not recommend this toy to others at all.

Very cute but not terribly sturdy. Biggest disappointment was missing pieces and the directions to assemble were not helpful. Regardless the grandson should like it and I glued all of the major structure together in hopes it will last longer.

Easy to put together but the pieces come apart easily. When my child is playing the tracks fall off easily.

This is a fun, well put together police garage. The only warning is...THIS MF COMES WITH 128 STICKERS!!! And not the stickers you can mess up with. Noooo, they're the kind that grip like super glue the instant they touch something. It's Christmas morning, and I've been adding stickers for an hour.

You can see where this product cut corners to save money. Mostly I don't hate that. I had to put all the decor stickers on which was pretty fun.The Problem is the elevator.The elevator doesn't time out or stop at the stop floor. It keeps going and makes a god awful sound because it's stuck and won't stop on its own. My poor kids want to love this toy but it drives me crazy hearing it sound like it's breaking because they don't understand why it won't stop on its own.
