Paint can be scraped off from nonporous surfaces like glass, etc. But will adhere Permanently to porous surfaces such as wood, paper, etc. Water-based pigment ink is non-toxic, lightfast and waterproof. The ink won't bleed through paper (unlike Alcohol-based markers) and is excellent for vibrant signs and craft work.

They flow so easily on the pages once you get them started. The thickness of them are also perfect all outlining and coloring needs. Although I would not use them to take very detailed notes. I have had mine for 6 months and they are still working just like new and last very long. They are very durable and do not break down at all. Although they do sometimes leave paper clots.

I got a a box Posca art makers for son a gift ,and it was the best thing I did ,he loves to draw and it help him to find what he likes and it helps keep him off the games,TV,and phones . I would recommend you get a pack for yourself,kids or friends. The makers are smooth and flow easy. There a great value, cause you can a 5 or 6 pack for the same price at Target and it's less the value, there non toxic . So you don't have to worry about the smell.

Our 11 year old granddaughter absolutely loves Posca, both 5M and 3M! The colors are so vivid...they look like real paint! I included a really good quality sktetch pad and a "sketch animals" book. She's thrilled with all of it!

It came complete with all the colors and loved it. You had to activate the markers!!I didn’t like how they ran out of paint when used on a canvas but other than that it was the best!
