Loved this project! There is definitely a learning curve but the more you do the easier it gets. I found it to be relaxing and rewarding. Everyday the picture gets prettier as you work on it. Very satisfying to see. If your looking for a challenge and a new craft this us for you. Comes with everything you will need to complete. One important tip! Be sure to mount your picture board onto another ridged foam board to flatten out your picture before you start setting paper.

This is my first attempt at paper quilling and I didn’t realize how difficult it would be. However this kit made it a lot easier to learn how to do it. I’m really excited to continue learning and creating more! Would recommend for beginners!

Quilling is challenging. The paper in this kit gets soggy quickly with glue and you've only 1 chance to get it in the right spot.

I would not recommend this product for beginners. This was much difficult to use then free form art. I have been doing quilling from 5+ years. Not worth it.

There was no instructions with this kit. How you suppose to know which color goes where?? And how?

Absolutely no instructions.... the tiny piece of paper that it comes with the colors so not match and it is very hard to see. Could be fun it they just spent 10 cents adding instructures. Total ripoff and they will not refund your money. Also very hard to flatten the board and keep it flat while working.

Have to have patience, this isn’t a project you’ll finish in a day, a week or maybe even a month but always waiting there for you to pick back up and work on. Would non-recommend this butterfly one for small children, they’d get bored with it after a couple pieces of paper and then not go back to it.
