The kit is well put together. Disappointed there is a dent in the center of the canvas from the packaging.

There are no instructions in this. It tells you only to cut and glue the paper. Um…ok. Nothing specific to the letter you ordered. Also it comes in a box too small for the project. The box was bulging and the letter was bent in half and just shoved in there. They are too cheap to even include the glue and mine was also missing the tweezers. Not worth $20 for sure. I’m returning and canceling other items I ordered from this company.

So frustrating!! I’m sure with decades of experience this would be a fun craft. But the learning curve is too steep for me. Trying to fit pieces of paper into a slit that’s all curly is not easy.

Received my order but was disappointed that the board wirh letter was creased. Should have been flat and shipped in a flatter box.

I thought it came with all the letters, it does not. Maybe that’s my mistake but it doesn’t imply that it’s the only letter. Everything is shoved into the box. Poor quality of packaging and poor quality over all. Will not purchase again.
