While the poncho itself seems to be well designed and made, the visibility through visor is poor, and this isn't even rain-tested. But since I need a poncho for my mobility scooter, I'm keeping the poncho. I snapped the face guard directly to the poncho hood and tucked the guard below my chin inside the hood to keep the face guard in place. I won't use the visor. Instead, I'll wear a waterproof brimmed hat.I haven't rain or wind-tested tested the poncho yet. I have no experience yet with durability.I like the ample dimensions.The PVC odor is minimal, although noticeable.

The first few rides i had used this poncho it was great! Kept the water off me and my E-scooter. I Use my poncho even when I do not ride it is better than using an umbrella. Water has always gotten through the two mix material but ignored it since it did not affect me. However, after continuous use, the material no longer keeps water from seeping through, I came home soaking wet. So it will seem like I will have to buy another. Not sure if i will buy this one again. I'm looking for something long term not 6 months.

It is not universal for a standard motor scooter. The poncho head opening is too small. A helmet does not fit under the head of the poncho. The visor came with plastic but still had plenty of scratches from usage or terrible mishandling. I can still get some usage out of the product for a mobility scooter.
