If you have a baby on a heavy side, definitely get these. However, if your baby is slim especially around the waist and stomach area, don't. They do not come with adjustable band. I love them. My baby is 7 months over 26 lb. Her belly is very happy. The best pants she ever wore.

I bought these for my granddaughter, they are good quality. I bought the 3-6 months and she’s 2 months old so they are a little bit big but they’ll fit perfectly in no time. I’m definitely satisfied with my purchase

The quality is nice but I ordered size 3mos and received size 18mos. I’ll keep them but wouldn’t reorder for that reason.
