I lost the original spring in my mixpresso coffee perculator, I ordered the y univen spring even tho description said it would only fit a specific coffee pot. It does work with mine and is so much sturdier than the original spring. It fits snug on the stem so less chance of it sliding off. I eventually found the original stuck in the sink disposal, it slipped off while washing it.

It was a very tight fit hard to get on and off. Very glad I found the old one. But in a pinch it was great
