I used this boot with an aftermarket shift knob for my 2010 Tundra. Turned out great. To keep the boot up I measured where I needed it to be for the knob and then used strips of Gorilla Tape to build up a small shelf to hold the boot up to the bottom of the shift knob. I think they turned out great together. Of course by installing the boot you don't see what gear you're in from the bottom display. I've driven long enough to know what gear I'm putting it in and if I had to, I can always look on the dash which displays the gear you are in.

Looks and feels great. Used it with my shifter upgrade after swapping in a 6spd gearset for my CR-V. I bought a, popular, very expensive, shifter and both that and this boot fits just like stock. This boot was easily worth every penny and more.

I bought this to replace the old dust cover of my 2008 EVO X and it fit really good. The old dust cover was secured using staples but this time I went with adding rivets to hold them on and it worked great. I did shorten it a little bit which was easy to do. Now I have a fresh looking dust cover that isn't falling a part.

My replacement stock boot was too small - it was pulling in 1st gear popping the center console trim out. Despite attempts to stretch it I needed something else. This boot was a lot bigger, almost too big. It should work well for longer shifters. I had to give it a few attempts to make it work for my purpose and ultimately it did. Still a bit big for my swap and short shifter, however it works just fine and was a bargain at the price.

Really good quality shift boot. I did have to cut mine to make it fit better, but was careful not to cut too much. Works well and looks great with new shifter!!

Produ t is sold as universal so it'll need to be adjusted. Take your time and you'll have a quality product that fits and looks great. Pictures are of the OEM and the new setup.
