These were hard to find in a store, but I used it to connect 2 washing machine drain tubes. At first it leaked, but if you make the connections very very tight, it works as it should. Quick delivery and reasonable price.

Easy to install and cheap way of connecting two waste outlets from an existing washing machine say and an additional appliance such as a dishwasher to your sink waste.

I bought this product as a quick fix to install my dishwasher and washing machine waste pipes into my only waste outlet under sink, when done I did a cycle on dishwasher the waste water was going down u bend but was also being pumped into the washing machine, I later disconnected and upgraded my whole u bend plumbing to one with two waste outlets, now works like a dream and it cost about the same as this useless y piece, absolute waste of time and money, I was worried about changing the plumbing under the sink myself but it really was a piece of cake, don't go for this quick fix, it won't work!
