We might’ve thrown out a saucepan lid without realizing and couldn’t find it anywhere in the kitchen, therefore we took to Amazon for a quickie solution without shelling out for a new saucepan and lid. I mean, the saucepan is fine and has some life to it. Based on others’ reviews, this lid did not disappoint! For our 7†saucepan, the lid worked perfectly and helped to lock in on the top as well - which was unexpected but a a welcomed bonus. It also worked on another saucepan as well within the 6†- 8†range as advertised. The product was well made and for the price point and its usability - it was definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

I have 3 sizes of instant pots—3, 6 and 8qt. This fits the 6 and 8qts very well and seems like it will fit the 3qt well, leaving a negligible gap barely visible. I haven’t cooked using the lid yet, but it appears like it’s going to do the job as far as the instant pots are concerned. The lid appears to be sturdy and well made. I’m sure it will work great on my stove top pans as well.

I debated on this because of the cost. I should not have! Love the multiple size option. Very durable, quality product. Good rubber grip, light weight and heat resistance. I have not had long enough to test rust resistant, but I don’t anticipate issues based on how it’s made.

Apparently, not all cookware companies use the same measuring devices (lol). I tried other 8" lids for a Calphalon 8" skillet and none gave me a proper fit -- and then I found this one. It not only works on the Calphalon, but on a couple of other sauce pans in the drawer. Very nice quality & a great price. If you have a hard-to-fit pan/skillet, it would be worthwhile to give this one a try.

I was almost going to buy a new frying pan with a cover and then I found this. Couldn't be happier. It is exactly as you see, covers the frying pan, has a vent in the cover, and it goes in the dishwasher. What else do you need?

I bought a new egg pan that was 8.5 inches wide, but since my other pans were 6 inches, I didn’t have the right lid for it. I need a glass lid in order to see if my eggs are done and this lid fit the bill. Not only can I see inside but because of the unique silicone edge that fits various sizes, it’s a tighter seal, and things cook better.

Muy buena calidad de materiales. Lo único que podrÃa sugerir de este producto es que el tornillo que retiene el botón para agarrar la tapa tenga alguna arandela o rondana que evite que se afloje tan fácil. Es molestias estar apretando a cada rato. 2a tapa de diferente tamaño que he comprado con el mismo defecto. Por el resto muy bueno todo.

I have a small frying pan, and I put the lid over the frying pan, and things don't bubble out.It's a lid. It lids perfectly.
