For the most part, I feel this TV stand from XINLEI is a good quality product at a reasonable price. And that should be the takeaway from this review. That said, I couldn't rate it five stars because I had to make a trip to my local big box hardware store to buy some washers that should have come in the box.The positives are many:1. Safely packed - the glass base arrived intact with no cracks or scratches2. Instructions are easy to follow - it took under 30 minutes to assemble3. Parts and accessories are clearly marked - very simple to locate and everything is numbered4. Feels solid after the TV is mountedWhen this arrived at our house, I was surprised how small the box was. I assumed that because the base was made of glass, the box would be much bigger to accommodate lots of packing. Luckily, XINLEI is much smarter than me and they figured out how to pack this safely in a relatively small box.The instructions were very clear and since everything was marked, it was incredibly simple to put together. It took me under half an hour to assemble (not counting my trip to the big box store)Unfortunately, there was one problem I encountered. The stand is supposed to ship with four each of two different sized washers. My came with eight of one size and none of the size that I needed. So I had to run to the big box hardware store to pick some up. The store is only 4 blocks away and the washers only cost me $1.28, but since the shipment was incomplete, I rated the stand four stars.I put a 50" TV on it and it feels completely secure. It does not feel unstable at all. I think we will end up using it with a 65" TV that weighs considerably more. If we encounter any problem after we do that, I will update this review. For now, we are quite pleased and feel this is a decent value.

So I started to put this together and noticed things were off like I usually do since this ain't made in the USA or somewhere with better quality and a QC. I Noticed that while this isn't the best built design it does look nice. This is where the issues come up. The TV is ONLY supported by 3 screws at the base that are a little short in my opinion. Since I didn't want to trust my TV to these 3 bolts I decided to put this on the Hardware list to get at the store. I then tried to put the hanger together and noticed that the bolts were also short and had no washers. So these were put on the list as well. I then put the backing together and even though there were washers included they weren't enough. So I put on the foam pads on and noticed that all the weight was literally on just 4 tiny spots, again something else that needed to be picked up. These are here since the bolts that go through the base would make it not flat, hence the pads. This would be better if it were recessed and the base was made thicker. When I had picked up all the new hardware, i noticed that they would get stuck and not go all the way in I then had to tap all the wholes clean and was able to get it everything bolted up. The Included screws in the metal braces that bolt up to the tv even had to be tapped as they wouldn't even go up from the factory (factory bolts). Over all I now have something better to hold my TV up and I just wish the design was better. Also it says 132Lbs is the Max but if you scroll down a little it says 110Lbs. This is kinda off putting but if you have a big TV or just one that weighs more you might look into more bracing. My flat panel is 79Lbs and the back leans a little while being set to the Max height!

I love love this item soooo much better it was a perfect alternative then having the tv hung from the wall. For some reason my TV is so heavy that we could not get the correct wall mount so after researching for a bit I came across this item and I am so happy I did because it worked so perfectly.
