Ceiling Fan Remote Control with Up Down Light
This fan remote control kit with UP/DOWN LIGHT is specifically made for Hampton Bay, Hunter fans, but it almost works all regular 3-Speed AC ceiling fans like Honeywell, Westinghouse, Home Decorators Collection, Minka Aire and other brands.
The green luminous button is for dimming, this button is made of fluorescent material, it can help you find the remote control in the dark.
This ceiling fan and light remote control has the function of dimming.
The light dimmer compatible with incandescent light bulbs and some dimmable LED lamps.
Most LED lights and all CFL lights are non-dimmable, light dimmer only supports the ON/OFF function in that case, and it may cause to flicker when using the dimming function.
The UP LIGHT / DOWN LIGHT is dimmable when you press it a long time, short press controls light ON/OFF.
This item does not include a 9V battery.
Note: Not recommended for use with hugger style ceiling fan.

This remote controller is designed for 3-speed ceiling fan to separately control your ceiling fan speed and light brightness. This HD6 remote control have HI/MED/LO 3-speed and OFF for fan speed control.
UP LIGHT button just controls the brightness of halogen and incandescent lamps, and it is dimmable. It also compatible with some dimmable LED lights. Most LED lights and all CFL lights are Not Dimmable, and the remote only control the On/Off in that case.
Easy to Set Up the Remote Control
1. Setting the same codes on the transmitter and the receiver.
2. 16 different frequencies that can be set for the receiver and the transmitter.
3. The default setting is 0000, and it is not recommended.
Tips: Remote control's 4 DIP switches are in the battery compartment (they are hidden behind the slot for the battery itself).
NOTE
1. If you have PULL CHAINS SWITCH, before using the wireless remote control, use the PULL CHAINS SWITCH to turn the wind speed to maximum and turn the fan light on. Only in this way can the PULL CHAINS SWITCH and wireless remote control be used together.
2. If you have multiple ceiling fans in your home, please make sure that the PIN code settings are different between them, otherwise it is likely that the transmitter next door activates the ceiling fan in your bedroom. This will cause the ceiling fan to turn on strangely while you sleep.

We’ve had our Hampton Bay ceiling fan for many years and when the buttons on our remote started sticking and not working, we were worried we wouldn’t be able to find a new remote. We love that ceiling fan and didn’t want to replace it just because of a remote. This new remote worked perfect and we’re very happy with our purchase! It looks the exact same, just obviously doesn’t have “Hampton Bay†on the front.

This remote is excellent!! My old ceiling fan remote was worn out on one of the buttons and no longer worked. The remote was 15 years old. I was hesitant that this replacement would work or what was required to make it operate correctly. It worked perfect right out of the box with no adjustment required at all. I give this a FIVE star rating! Excellent product!!

It took little set up, and it worked perfectly with my old Hampton Bay fan...which is great because my old remote was pretty much on it's last leg when I found this.

The remote is user friendly to get it started. I like color while cause it’s easy to know which remote to find easily. The batteries last a long time so it saves you money.
