I purchased this for the front disc brake calipers for a '72 Chevelle. I could not find a replacement at any of the "auto part stores", and I needed 2 of them. I suspected these would be too long and they were, but it was the only source that had them in stock and would ship 1 or 2 days. Other Amazon shops wouldn't even ship for a couple of weeks.I received them in 2 days and tried them and although they threaded perfectly they were too long as I expected. I spent another hour trying to find a different source, but ultimately decided to cut them to length. I clamped them in my vice, threaded on a 7/16-20 nut and grabbed a hacksaw with a new blade and within 5 minutes had both of them cut. I filed the end flat, filed the edge of the end threads, and then unthreaded my nut which help make sure the threads were nice and clean and straight.I washed them in dawn, and since they are stainless steel they wont rust. They thread on perfectly now, they were priced nicely, and will last a lifetime, and best part, I didn't have to wait a month to get them shipped!

This should be standard equipment on all vehicles in the salt belt. These Stainless Steel brake line Banjo bolts are a must have. This will save lots of time and you won't have to battle rust for the next time a brake job is needed.

I have a 2001 tundra and upgraded to GX460 brakes. These worked great with my upgraded SS brake lines.

I am a stainless steel fan. I live by saltwater so everything rusts quickly. Make sure you know your stainless steel grades.

In doing a replacement caliper job on my car, I had to order these because the new calipers did not come with replacement banjo bolts and the copper crush washers. This is a perfect replacement for the brake job on my Toyota Corolla, and it worked with the aftermarket brake calipers I purchased. Installed and torqued to 17.7 ft lbs and No leaks, as these bolts are well-made. I’m glad they came in a set of two with the necessary washers included.

This is not a 20mm bolt it's a 25mm

I have no issues with this bolt, fit and function is what matters. Brake parts need to be exact . No one wants any type of failure in your brake system. I will by from vendor again.
