Super easy to put on and as long as you cinch it tight enough your board feels very secure. The silicone around the buckles is a nice touch when you’re putting it on by yourself and need to toss a buckle to the other side of your roof. It’s easy to figure out, but I do wish they would have explained how to open the buckle thing (pull back on the top). A quick internet search helped me figure it out.

I've surfed my entire life and it seems these were designed by a surfer. I was looking for an affordable, compared to surf shop prices, set of racks that actually work well. The rubber coating on the metal parts is key. I really like these racks and 100% approve!

I’m a new surfer (8’ foamie in hand rn), and i don’t wanna get too financially invested into surfing too quickly. This is a great option for that. It does the trick as im going 70 mph on the highway with the board on top, but just check to make sure that you keep the straps tight. For others with foamies, be cognizant that (in my experience) if you tighten the board down tight enough to go on the highway, it’ll leave slight indentations on the side of your board. I don’t think my board’s gonna die significantly more quickly than it would otherwise, but any mark isn’t ideal. All in all, I love its price, size, ease of setting up, and functionality.

Loved this. Total beginner here, and was able to safely transport my first surfboard to the beach (hours away). Easy to install and remove!

Doesn’t really hold, had to stop a couple times on my way to the beach to re calibrate it cus it losses strength on the Highway. Gonna buy a better one.

We've had ours a little over a month and used it several times, mostly for short distances and carrying two paddle boards. Today I used it to carry one paddle board for an approximately 30 minute drive at highway speeds (I kept it to 65 mph). It was a bit nerve wracking (the board will move around quite a bit), but I think if you cinch the straps as tight as you can, this thing will transport your paddle boards even at highway speeds. (NOTE: I will try to remember to update this when/if I ever carry two paddle boards at highway speeds.)

Do not leave on car during storm or rain, the straps compress the weather striping and water will run into car.Make sure it is center in car, will lift SUPs up if they are handing too far over.Easy to tighten alone, easiest with two people. Drove four hours with two SUPs on car at speeds up to 60mph.

Not sure why the rope snapped but my surf board went flying on the express way. Made sure to tie it down as much as it allows me. Does not have clear instructions on how to use them, luckily figured it out after reading someone else’s review on this product

O material é de qualidade e fácil / rápida montagem, também traz um saco slim excelente para guardar na mala sem usar muito espaço. Notei algum barulho nas correias acima dos 100km/H mas olhei para a prancha e pareceu-me firme, confiaria uma viagem maior sem problema. Dependendo da forma como conduz, as correias podem ou não tocar na cabeça, mas para mim não há qualquer problema. Conseguir resolver o problema do transporte da prancha por menos de 50€ é algo que me deixa extremamente satisfeito com este produto, recomendo! Adoro Amazon!!
