If there is a metal shroud over the brush you will need to shorten both end about an eight of an inch and bevel both top sides so that the brush will fit. If you do these two things it will look like new

I almost purchased an entire new fireplace tool set until I discovered these attachment brushes! They work great and just screw on the end of the brush handle! What a bargain and you get two!!

Replacement brush isn’t very big or thick but easily screws onto standard fireplace tools and gets the job done. It’s better than the worn out brush that it replaced but I wish the quality was better.

Bought a used fireplace set at a garage sale and the room was burnt up. Was very happy to find replacement broom end on Amazon. Fit perfectly.

The broom fibers are thin and tangled. Density of fibers is as low as it could possibly be. I would not purchase this again.

The new brush head screwed right onto my 30-year-old brass fireplace broom handle. Saved me the trouble of buying a new set at $200. Very happy with the purchase.

Brush is solid. Bristles hold their shape while sweeping hearth and fireplace grate.Not for use where hot ashes are present.
