My propane furnace burners would light for a few seconds, then shut down. Error code indicated flame sensor failure. No problem, I'll just clean it with some scotch brite and be back up and running like I've done several times over the years. Not this time. No matter what I tried, I could not get the furnace to stay lit. Of course it was a Saturday so good luck getting someone to come out. I ordered this replacement flame sensor for next day delivery and it arrived on Sunday. The rod portion was about 1/4" shorter but it still worked like a charm. Great to have heat again! I got the 2 pack so I have a spare for next time. Can't speak to how long this flame sensor will last but so far, so good. Save myself hundreds of $ and several days of waiting for a service call.

Looked online at HVAC dealers and the cost was 60-75 bucks for one. 2 for 10 bucks! Took the risk and works great!
