This tool worked perfectly removing the fuel pump lock ring on my grandson's 2019 Ford Taurus. it takes a lot of force with a 1/2" breaker bar to break the fuel pump retaining ring loose and to tighten it back in place. This tool did the job with no issues. It held up well with no bending of the tool itself, what so ever. Well made product.

This works but it's a bit difficult to work with especially if there's any rust or debris involved between the ring and the pump. If the design was a bit shorter it would be a bit easier. That being said you definitely need a 1/2 inch breaker bar to operate it. ( at least I'm my case ) It did work however.

This is a must-have tool if you're replacing your electric fuel pump it is very well made, a stout piece of Machined tool made the fuel pump ring come off like a dream. Used mine on a 2008 Ford Taurus
