I removed one star because the extension handle needs to be longer. It hurts my back doing the low-down work. and long grass got stuck and I needed to stop to clear the jam. Id like one with a bigger blade too.Great for the price. Lightweight and easy to handle. great for ivy growing on a chain link fence.love that it comes with 2 batteries.big upgrade from the string trimmer I had.

Normally I can get things down but getting things up requires extra strength to lift versus just pull it over. I've used this to put away towels, unplug and outlet from behind a piano and pull a vine out of a bush. It has the ability to go through to get a strong hold. But enough control you could pick it up and not brake it as well. Well made, works great, my new go too for a little more reach.

I am not afraid of snakes, but by time I bend down and try to grab them they are gone or in a hole. I have caught 6 garter snakes so far. PS my wife is deathly afraid of all snakes.

I purchased this to make life easier at work. The part where you snap it into place, was useless. Very unhappy with this product. Completely useless! Now I just have a big piece of metal garbage in my truck.DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!

Not my favorite tool to need, but love to have it! not super strong, so giant snakes would break it. but water snacks should be fine or other small garden snakes.
