2 installation methods available: adhesive for smooth surfaces, screw for rough surfaces. Optimize performance and usability based on your preference.
INSTALLATION METHODS-1: SELF-ADHESIVE (Extreme Stickiness)
Step 1:
Prepare the wall by cleaning dust/moisture. （NOTE: 3M adhesive for smooth marble/tile/metal/glass; nails for paint/plaster/cement/wallpaper.)
Step 2:
Peel off one side of the double-coated 3M tape. （Please avoid using 3M adhesive on rough surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion.）
Step 3:
Attach the tape to the adhesive back of the towel rack.
Step 4:
Peel off the tape, firmly press the product onto the wall for secure adhesion, and wait 24 hrs for the adhesive to set before hanging the paper towel.
INSTALLATION METHODS-2: NAILING
Step 1:
Find the appropriate position and mark it with a pen.
Step 2:
Drill four holes using an impact drill and insert plastic expansion plugs into the holes.
Step 3:
Align the installation holes of the product with the wall holes and screw in the screws.
Step 4:
Installation is complete, and the product is ready for use.

Living in a small condo we didn't want to place the paper towel dispenser on the counter top or under the cabinet but still wanted easy access. We had simple criteria - the holder needs to be able to mount vertical and use with one hand. This was the perfect purchase. Easy to install, works great and saves space.

I love this, I attached to the side of my cabinets and it works great. I love the hinged piece that holds the paper towels in place so you can easily pull off 1 paper towel at a time.

I read many reviews, and the poor ones concerned me. Obviously.One said it was made flimsy with plastic parts, and one that the tension was too tight causing things to bind.I was limited as to where I could place my paper towel holder. Under one cabinet would interfere with my magnetic knife holder. The other side would interfere with my under-cabinet light.So, a vertical holder was needed.I wanted one that held the towels in place so they would not unravel onto the counter.This one is perfect.The tension is perfect, and all the parts are metal.I am very happy with my purchase.

This paper towel holder was easy to install. We used to keep our old one on the counter and it was always in the way but this one is space saving and looks great. We have not had any issues with it, its strong and the tension is perfect.

I purchased this so-called “upgraded†paper towel holder on June 13, 2024, hoping it would finally solve the issue of paper towels hanging messily off the roll. I thought the addition of an arm to keep the roll neat would be a game changer. Unfortunately, it’s been anything but an upgrade.About a week ago, the arm broke, revealing that the part was made of cheap plastic—not metal like the rest of the holder. It seems they cut corners where quality really matters, especially since this is a joint that needs to withstand regular movement.To make matters worse, the arm barely works as intended. Once the paper towel roll starts running low, the arm falls out of place, sliding to the left or right and leaving the roll untidy and exposed. It’s frustrating and defeats the whole purpose of buying this “upgrade.â€Unless they come out with a true upgrade that actually works, this one is a no-go for me. Sure, everyone deserves another chance, and maybe a product is always a work in progress, but for now, I’d rather deal with a roll hanging slightly off the holder than this flimsy arm that can’t do its job. Save your money and look elsewhere if you’re after a real solution.

Exactly what I was looking for. No more extra paper towels unraveling. It does a great job at holding the roll in place while trying to rip off a sheet. Great space saver bring that it sticks well under the counter

I was so excited to receive this paper towel holder because I was dying to get the counter-top holder off my counter due to such limited space. I installed with the tape which is amazing, but I'm bummed it appears crooked/saggy because of how it's made. Not to mention the bar that is meant to hold the towels in place for 1-handed dispensing - really doesn't do the trick. We will keep it because it fulfils the basic goal, just not as nicely as I wanted.

This product works very well. It’s stuck on my wall easily and firmly. I’ve had it up for over a month and no issues. I do wish there was a tiny bit more tension on the holding bar but other than that, it works great especially for the price and you can really get paper towel off one handed
