I just planted my first seedlings today and am excited about the Growfriend kit. I am NOT a gardener, but I wanted to start my own indoor vegetable garden. The Growfriend kit is perfect for anyone who needs some assistance with seed germination and getting started. The kit comes with everything you need: a heating mat, a greenhouse effect, grow lights (with a timer), label sticks, tools, and a thermometer that measures all levels (humidity, light, etc.). I am eager to see the results of my seeds in a few days. I planted a variety of peppers and tomatoes since they can both benefit from the heating mat this time of year. Also, they grow under similar conditions. It was very easy to set everything up. I added the seed starter mix, turned the lights to the highest setting for sunlight and seed germination and set the timer for the appropriate amount of hours. The timer feature worked perfectly.

This is a very sturdy product, and it makes it very simple to start seeds. I have been using it to start tree seeds, and it is working great. The lights work well, they aren’t a permanent replacement for sunlight but will get the plants going. The heating mat is nice too. The soil meter doesn’t work the best, but I didn’t buy it for that. Would buy again.

This is a great starter kit. It includes everything you need other than seeds and soil. Recently set it up and havent had any issues. Included tools, lights, and a very simple setup. Im excited to see how this holds up in the long run!

I recently started helping my little sister with a bonsai kit she got, and it has been an interesting experience. Because I was concerned none of her seeds would end up sprouting, I took the liberty of getting extra seeds should hers be duds, doing research on all the different plant types and what they need, and getting grow lights, heating mats, ph meters, and gnat traps.Now, being a first time plant mom in this capacity, I bought things separate and it looked like and was a disaster. We now have 22 saplings, which is good, but since we still have a mountain of seeds left and the trees are still so fragile i needed a new starter tray and new supplies.Friends. If I had known about this product in the first place, I would have just bought three and basked in the glow of time, energy, and money saved.It’s a brilliant setup, only two things you need to plug in, and it fits every single need of my plants. You can remove the tray to fill it, there are built in humidity controls so you won’t have to worry about your seedlings drying out, and it even comes with gnat traps!!! The lights slide right into the top, and you can remove them and use them in whatever capacity you need them once your sprouts outgrow the tray. The lights have several different functions, like dimming and timing, so you can cater to your plants’ needs. It comes with markers so you’re not guessing what goes where, and tools so you don’t have to buy them separate. Everything is so well made, from the tools, to the mat, to the lights, and I am just so impressed by this kit!I would highly recommend for new plant owners, as you will get everything you need in one neat little package, along with detailed instructions on how to use them. 1000000/10 would buy again for the next bonsai project!

Best money ever spent! Unreal price for such a perfect vegetable or any seed starter kit I’ve ever seen. Comes with everything you need heating pad, tray, lights with timer, mini greenhouse, tools, soil meter, labels…. 10/10 recommend… (I purchased seeds separately, can’t wait for them to sprout)

This kit is complete with all you need to plant seeds, keep the soil warm and of course the perfect lighting for your little plant babies. I’ve used cheap versions of this kit and they are just that-cheap-and last one season. This setup is sturdy and functional.
