While I wish this part was made of aluminum instead of plastic, this is a quality part. It went in and out with only a little difficulty.

Fit's like OEM part. Small tubing on part broke off on the old part. Bought to replace. Easy to install and works as it should. Great price compared to Auto parts store.

Note: I use this in an OFF LABEL DIY project. I cannot speak to it's direct OE replacement in the RAV4.I am using this as an intermediate join for the lower hose on an old Land Rover that I have installed an electric water pump into (as a cool-down pump after the engine is shut down, and for those times when sitting in traffic on a hot summer day).This use case does put some additional pressure on that little nipple that extends off the connector but so far this has not caused any problems with this unit.The sizing (~1.5" for the main hose and ~3/8" for the nipple) is perfect and the angle (about 25º or so) is perfect for my application.While I do not know what kind of plastic this is made of, the ~125ºC under the hood of this beast has not effected it at all.I figure this is a solid 4 star unit, not 5 stars mainly because the material is not indicated and I did find identical units for 1/3rd cheaper.
