This freezer arrived in a damaged box sounding like rattling and had dents and gouges all over it. Disappointed with the delivery and condition. In addition to having to pay more shipping to return the item.

Our freezer was sent to us damaged in 3 places. The box was in perfect condition. The paint over the large dents is perfect. That means they painted a damaged product and packaged it and sent it to us. I don't want tohe hassle of returning it. I was a parcel refund. Amazon has not replied to my text.

Was damaged, called Home depot and did not have order # for replacement. It works but not happy with damage

Good old mechanical Freezer/refrigerator. No digital electronics to break down and cause food loss! Now to see longevity! Looking at the compressor it appears to be built like the ones from the 1980's. I like that! I did have one issue! Customer support was excellent and resolved my problem after a volley of messages. They back their product with no issues! Would recommend company to friends and family!

It seems to be freezing as expected it's a nice looking freezer I like the glass shelves. Very quiet don't hear it at all .It did have a couple of small dents but I expected that because I read the reviews. Serves its purpose well.
