When it arrived and I had to bring it in the house it was crazy heavy. Putting it together you understand why, its solid. I guess it needs to be to hold a 40 gallon tank and all the water/rocks. Easy to assemble. Sturdy. Looks good. My only complaint is that I wish the bottom was a shelf, but I was able to improvise something as i dont want my canister filter on the wood floor as well as the supplies. Feels safe for the load of the tank.

Very sturdy and elegant design. Just be advised there is no flat surface top. Meaning if your tank is not the exact dimensions, then it will not sit right on top of the stand. I had to go to Home Depot and get a piece of plywood to put on top.My tank was a marine land 75 gallon and it did not fit

Most of the reviews will tell you that this is a pain to put together, it isn’t if you know what you’re doing. Pay close attention to what goes where on the instructions and it’ll be a breeze. Overall pretty sturdy too for the great price.

Well… it’s sturdy and has a sleek design but the alignment is HORRIBLY OFF. I really had to use a lot of force to manipulate the frame enough so the screw holes would line up. I would have much rather repurposed something from Goodwill for the price of this item. With that being said, I’m going to keep it since it’s already put together and looks nice. As other buyers have mentioned; your tank needs to be the exact dimensions for the tank to fit properly. Make sure to measure your tank before you order!

It should’ve been fairly simple to build considering it is just a few metal frames however towards the end, I had some issues aligning the screws with the holes and some I couldn’t even put through. It is also worrying how the structure itself is a little wobbly so just be cautious when putting glass tanks on it.

Bit flimsy , but I spent many years working machine shops , so I modified it with Aluminum angle to strengthen it up . I just needed a frame that I could modify , so it worked for the plans I had for it. prior to buying it . Worked for the fast 70 gallon set up I had to put together . It's holding a 70 gallon on top. and a. 60 gallon breeder on the bottom as my sump .

This is a much better quality than some of the other tank stands I have bought for almost double the money. Easy assembly and great quality. Cant put another 40 gallon on bottom, but this was good enough for my smaller leopard gecko tank.

One of the screw holes was literally too small to fit the screw so I had to force it in and jiggle it around to open the hole up a bit. When I was finished the stand wasn’t even sturdy, it wobbles like it’s uneven. This should be 90$ CAD max
