On a 2004 VW Jetta 2.0L 4dr sedan it is a factory direct fit. Works great. My Jetta is not throwing the temp light. The cap was indeed bad on the reservoir. No leaks. Can't beat the price.

The original cap from 2002 had dry rotted till the threads disintegrated. Mind you my car only has 135k miles on it. The threads were so weak that the cap blew off from all the pressure and i had to park the car until the new cap arrived. 2 days and it arrived promptly as stated it would.Excellent service and shipping time.Would recommend 100%

It screws on tighter and doesn't jiggle about after you've put it on like the old one. Feels a good bit heavier too. Must be new seals, etc. I would recommend.

Deckel passt sehr gut und rastet auch wieder ein (hat der alte nach 14 Jahren nicht mehr gemacht)Die Ausführung schaut etwas anders aus als auf dem Bild.

muss unbedingt mitbestellt werden wenn man kein original ausgleichsbehälter verbaut da er sonst nicht passt im vergleich zum ausgleichsbehälter kann ich hier allerdings keine negative kritik äußern.
