I almost sent it back when i looked through it was like, this doesn't look right... lol I was just new to R720 filters it matched the examples xD First thing i'd say is it was breath taking opening the container the first time and seeing that beautiful green glimmer flash off the lens when i turned it, probably one of the most beautiful items I've ever opened, was actually nervous pulling it out. lol Nice tight quality fit in the container, quality fit on the camera, came with nice cleaning cloth (has great results, i like the cloths too). Even the box is nice , Thanks guys!

The case was dented at two points. Between those two points, draw a tangent to the hub (ctr). Two dent points are 3.3" apart. I don't like this dent. Some things I can deal with, and other stuff I can remanufactured or make better in my shop. But, I don't like this dent, esp. for what I paid it for. I cleaned up the lens, but I don't like the dented case.

My other Infrared filters are visually a lot similar to a ND filter, smooth and almost black (but red when you look through). This one looks like glimmer glass with a ton of tiny glittery speckles. I'm skeptical this won't affect images and I'm wary of why it would look like this. Will update if I have some conclusive testing, but this doesn't inspire confidence at first.

Stay away from Urth filters if you are using Leica lenses. They are not engineered to fit Leica lenses. Heads up this filter will not fit a Leica 35mm f/2 Summicron lens with the lens hood on. Very poor engineering!

I thought the sky (clear blue) would be dark, but it's not. I thought I would be able to separate the colors and make the foliage white, but I haven't been able to yet. I will keep trying, though. I guess you really need to do a camera conversion to get white foliage. I can't afford to do that.
