I bought this with some hesitation I have many birds in a room and the situation called for less noise this USCargo door cover reduced the noise by 70% in my estimation so much that I actually have to go and open the door to check on the birds it turned out way better than I thought it would. Overall great buy. It does take some planning since the door did not close with this over it but hanging it in front of the door did the job. Well made and heavy.

My kids room is next to our living room. We got this to dampen the sound while he's sleeping. It works great! It doesn't kill all the sound but dampens it enough to not wake him up. Would recommend.

We are currently using this for a client room. The door is hallow, and sound travels. I like this cover very much, except you have to cut a hole where the door knob is. This is a good price for trying to sound proof a room.

This is really heavy good quality material but we cannot close the door with this on it there because there is no hole for the door latch or the door knob. We cut a hole for the door latch area but was still unable to close the door. I can’t return it now because of that so I’m stuck with it.

Bought this for an old apartment to help keep out noise since the walls were thin. The photo and description tout this use, but it's only possible if you cut a hole in the cover. This is meant for transporting doors without damaging them, not soundproofing. Even with a hole the door barely closed, and tit was an entirely impractical solution.

It works for noise reduction on the door, I just nailed it to the top of the garage door and lift it up when I need access. Something is better than nothing
