My husband purchased the glass for the pellet stove from a different company. The glass cracked within 5 minutes of starting the stove. So I purchased the glass from your company and we have had NO problems with it at all. We are very pleased with the speedy shipping and quality glass. Thank you!

They shipped our glass within hours of me placing the order.Once the order was received it included the gasket and instructions on how to install it.We purchased our stove in 2013 and the glass was a perfect fit.

Installation was simple, but the very FIRST fire, I made in my woodburner, the glass shattered! Contacted Amazon they said I had to contact the manufacturer. Contacted manufacturer, they said it wasnt covered because I bought it through Amazon! So I was stuck with $105.00 worth of broken glass pieces!!!!!!

installed with no glass issues. 17 year old stove required drilling now mount holes because old ones were seized.shipping was well protected by padding

Received my replacement glass today.very disappointed in the quality. The top was cut completely uneven, the corners were cut short causing a small gap in the top corners.my 8 year old could have cut this glass better. I do not recommend buying
