Our blinds are crafted with high quality components including high profile steel head rail and quality PVC foam slats. Our blinds resist heat and humidity, and are great for all indoor areas including the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. Installation instructions, a 3 1/4" decorative valance, valance clips, a tilt wand mounting brackets, and screws are included. Valance returns or ending corner valances are NOT included. Mounting screws provided are best for drywall or sheetrock only. They are not for concrete or metal surfaces.

I’ve purchased four of these for my parents home. I plan to buy some more for other family members. They have used fabric curtains almost their lives and thought blinds were too expensive to buy. I figured I’d take a chance and try these because the price is reasonable and the “open box†option is ideal for me since I’m on a budget.Note: I had some issues with the first set of blinds we bought because the measurements were off, but I was able to returned them and get another one that worked and fit perfect.Set up: all you need is a drill. I chose to not use the screws that came with the set because they looked a little cheap (aluminum) and instead used some other steal ones I had laying around (personal preference). The entire process took approximately 15 minutes for each window. The hardest part is taking down old blinds, cleaning your windows, and snapping on the last decorative part that cover up the bracket.Overall although fake wood, it looks durable and sturdy and does not look cheap at all. They look like custom made blinds that I’ve seen elsewhere. Feeling greatful these are an option & I can revamp my parents home.Tip: the pre set sizes are great but feel free to size down as instructed because the mounting will eat up some space.Great for your own home or rental home, gives it a great news look- more modern!*not paid for this review:)

I've installed 9 of these in the last 6 weeks, varying in width from 22" to 60". Every product package was complete and installation time was less than 30 minutes each, not counting the demo of the previous blind, which varied. Product looks great and works perfectly in every window. The valance is a plus in that it hides the ugly head at the top of the blind. I highly recommend this product, but offer three recommendations: 1.throw away the phillips screws provided, they are soft and will strip out easily. I used #8 x 1 1/4" torx screws with a power driver. 2. the longer blinds thankfully have a middle hanger. Don't mount it in the exact center as most of these will have a cord in the center - move it about an inch to one side or the other.3. Attach the plastic hangers for the valance before locking the head piece all of the way in or you will have to uninstall it to attach them. Lastly, all measured widths were true. I had one fit snuggly, but that was my error. Measure your opening in 3 places as the directions state and use the narrowest dimension(minus 1/2") I did not, and found that I had one window that was not quite true, top to bottom.

I have slowly been replacing all the 20 year old blinds in my house with these, they are great and come with all the necessary hardware for installation.Only issue is shipping, that can be a gamble, 2 of 3 sets I have ordered have arrived in perfect condition. The most recent order of a 71.5" wide one might have been too much for the shipping company as it arrived pretty banged up. The lower rail was cracked on one end which would of been an issue if I didn't need to end up trimming the overall width. Which leads to an unintended positive, I was able to take 3/4" of an inch off each side with my radial arm saw with no issues after the damaged end was removed the supplied caps popped right back in and it looked like from the factory.Update: I have hung 6 of these now without much issue. All the issues I have encountered have been related to the irregularities of my window frames. Check and double check you window frame widths from top to bottom. I ordered exactly perfect widths and ran into rubbing issues where my window frames had bows. I would suggest ordering 1/4-1/2" smaller than the overall width for easy installation or you might have to do some trimming.Final update: finally got around to hanging the 7th set of these. I am not sure what happened to that last particular one but there were several issues with the overall finish but nothing I wasn't able to fix. I had to even up a few of the blinds as a few were wider than the others. The worst part was the trim piece that goes along the top to hide the mechanism, each end was cut at about a 80 degree angle and badly melted. Luckily I was already using my table saw and squared everything up but if you have limited tools or resources this would of been a significant problem. I left it at 5 star review as most worked fine and a project like this some handy skills and tools are going to be needed no matter what.

I was very impressed with the Quality, Sturdiness, & Value of these blinds. When I picked up the box to bring it inside my house, I was stunned by how heavy the box was. In opening the box, I was very pleased at how well made these were (very solid). The only downfall of these blinds were the directions that came with them (you may as well throw them away - poorly written/illustrated). I've never installed this style of blinds before so I did a quick 'keyword search' on YouTube - something like 'Install Faux Cordless Blinds' - and YouTube quickly found some videos. After watching the video I found out how easy these things were to install. These were up in about 15 minutes and the size was a perfect match. I am considering purchasing more of these given how nicely these look, the value, and the ease of installation. I highly recommend these. Thank you to the vendor, US Window And Floor.
