This is thin but not too thin. It's strong and durable and easy to sew on. Good for a waist tie in my case or other apparel use. But you wouldn't want to use it for outdoor use. It's not like that.

Absolutely perfect! The twill tape I had been using had just a little bit of "give", a little stretch. Not so bad that I'd get rid of it, but I had to be careful when using it. Then I bought a bargain roll of 1/4" something - it was labeled twill tape but was had so much stretch to it I couldn't use it.Then I bought this! The first thing I did was unwrap and test the give. It has absolutely no give whatsoever! This is what twill tape is supposed to be. I bought the 1/4" wide and I use it for stabilizing the edges of my quilts before binding. The twill tape is lightweight but not flimsy at all! It has a solid feel, well made, soft to the touch. This is perfect! I will be buying plenty more of this and, likely, stocking up.Highly, highly recommend! Worth every penny!

Used this to complete a late 16th century nightgown and it worked perfectly. Looks very historically accurate, and it functions as intended. I now have to find out what to do with the remaining 70 yards...

It’s a bit thinner than I like. I bought this for ties on masks but I also like using twill tape for drawstring one clothing I make and this is a bit too thin for that. Not that it isn’t usable, but it just seems a bit cheap in quality to use as clothing drawstring. It worked perfect for masks though. Definitely a lot for the price.

Couldn't get elastic or double-fold bias seam tape when making cloth face masks, so bought this twill tape in medium weight, 1" wide for ties. Measured two 40" lengths, centered each length on short end sides of mask, folded width to cover front and back of side edge of mask and sewed so had one continuous 1/2" wide 17" long top tie, enclosed short end of mask and 1/2" wide 17" long bottom tie. Only had to tuck each end while sewing tie ends so wouldn't fray. Perfect strength and flexibility. Didn't seem to shrink in wash.

Perfect size natural twill tape for my doll clothes project. Good quality, good price. Item arrived super-fast.

This stuff is perfect. It does not shrink, I’ve tried, I’ve used it on the back of T-shirts to stabilize shoulder seams, I’ve used it as strings for string backpacks, I’ve used it as a very small facing. It is exceptionally easy to shape. I’ll probably purchase again.

Loved this twill tape. It is lightweight and the perfect softness and thickness and lays flat. I tried to reorder this, but it was out of stock so I purchased the slightly skinnier version at 3/8". Unfortunately, the skinnier version is almost too lightweight and curls and is harder to work with. I would highly recommend going with a heavier weight if you go lower than 1/2" or stick with the wider 1/2" version.
