The rectangular baking pan provides home bakers with an easy way to make focaccia bread, cinnamon rolls, or layered desserts that bake evenly, release quickly and come out tasting great. The pan surface is coated with USA Pan’s proprietary AMERICOAT coating, a nonstick silicone, allowing you to easily release baked goods from the pan and makes clean up a breeze. AMERICOAT is always made without PTFE, PFOA and BPA. Our bakeware is made with aluminized steel, the material of choice for commercial bakeries. Do not exceed 450°F (230°C). Our bakeware conducts heat efficiently, which may require you to reduce the time and temperature as necessary. Hand wash bakeware in warm water with mild dishwashing soap using a sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not place in dishwasher. To maintain the pan’s appearance over time, use a silicone baking mat or line the pan with aluminum foil when roasting vegetables or baking higher fat foods such as french fries or meat. Use only silicone, nylon or wooden utensils. Do not use sharp metal utensils. These are the best baking pans I have ever used and I have tried a few in my years of baking. The other brands always had issues with the baked items sticking to the pans no matter if I used non-stick spray or butter and flour. Then there was always the time consuming issue of soaking and cleaning, not to mention the eventual rusting. After a blogger mentioned the USA pans I saw the price and was put off by the price and didn’t buy the muffin pan. When my next batch of blueberry muffins was ruined I decided to get the muffin pan. After one baking - perfect muffins - I decided that little by little I would replace every pan I had with this brand. I use no non-stick spray at all. No butter and flour. At most I take the wrapper from the butter and rub it around the edges and bottom of the pan. That’s it! I’ve never had anything stick. If you want perfect edges on your cakes or muffins the secret is these pans. The baked items just pop out of them. Clean up is easy. No scrubbing. There is a silicone seal on the pan. I usually just use a paper towel and dish soap.

I ordered this pan because of quality non stick heavy guage steel and it fits my Gourmia oven perfectly, I plan to make lemon bars for Christmas Party, this pan will work perfectly Insturction say not to use metal utensils or steel wool to clean, use only silicon kitchen tools or wood Don't want to damage non stick surface I really like the thick bottom to hold and retain heat while cooking

I love the USA Pan Bakeware! I have the cookie sheets, cupcake pans, and now this cake pan! Highly recommend. The surface is wonderful, pans are well made, they conduct heat well without burning the food.

Over the years I have had various brands of baking pans. I have found the USA brand superior to any other brand I have tried. While you pay a little more, it is well worth it to not have a problem once you have taken the time and effort to bake from scratch. I find little butter or oil is needed as the design allows most products to easily release after baking. They are heavier weight and the quality is evident right out of the box. I follow the manufacturer's directions for their care and some bread pans that I have had for years look as new as the one I just bought.

In relationship to the pan I purchased along with all the USA pans they are of the highest quality materials, very reasonably priced and stand behind their name. You can’t go wrong when buying a USA pan.

I read that this brand USA Pan is made of some special material and is sworn by bakers. I really like it and it has held up well. I don't really need to use too much butter and it's still quite nonstick. This size is a classic size for baking

Love how easy it is to clean and that I don't have to spray it to keep things from sticking. It's definitely worth the cost and so far I haven't seen any scratches in it or had any issues.

USA pans are great quality so when I find a price decrease I usually grab one since they are more expensive brand than some others. They are quite a bit heavier and have a nice non-stick coating. I do my best not to use metal tools to prevent scratches, but I do put them in the dishwasher without issues.

Great pan and made in the US. Doesn't stain easily and most things don't stick. Heavy and well constructed it is one of those pans that stays in the family for generations.
