I'm using this adapter with a Gigabyte B660I mini-ITX motherboard paired with a large CPU air cooler. Previously, the USB3 cable was interfering with placement of the CPU cooler fans and this adapter works perfectly to reposition that cable so as to get it out of the way. The black color blends in nicely with a blackout color theme and cables, and seems well made. I have no complaints.

Had the Fractal Meshify C case in my original build (MSI Z270 SLI Plus) and where the USB 3 connection was on that mobo was higher up compared to my new mobo (E vs SE). Because of how stiff the case connector is you couldn't have it go fully in and have the mobo fully seated on the case. This fixed it and now I don't have an issue, and the case IO is still working. I'll update this if I run into an issue but I don't think I will.

I installed an Aorus B550m Pro-P motherboard in an Asus AP201 case - great combo but because the USB header is at the bottom of the board and the case's internal USB cable was so thick it made installing fans at the bottom of the case unworkable, putting way too much strain on the header.After researching I bought this adapter. This was exactly what I needed, it completely changes the routing of the internal USB cable. Instead of making a turn along the bottom of the case I was able to use a different pass-through and easily plug down into the adapter. This adapter was a life saver and has been working perfectly.

Building a tight ITX build, needed someway to get the USB3 front cables to come in at right angles so I could hide the cable from sight. This was perfect for the job. Construction is good. It easily slipped into the motherboard USB3 header and stay tight. The Case cable slots in nice and easy too, and both USB3 ports are working at full USB3.2 Gen1 speeds.

These are great for angling a cable inside the PC to connect to the motherboardIt’s worked reliably for over a year now and I’ve not had to reconnect it at all or had any issues with my motherboard so that’s reassuring while using an adapter.Connected nice and tight and was not difficult to push in
