I grabbed a 4 pack of the USB-C to USB-A (female to female) adaptors for a project I was working on. There were no dimensions on the listing so i had to make do with some rough estimates and speculation from the pictures, and cross my fingers that the form-factor would meet my needs. I got them today and they worked out just fine for my project. They work just as intended, and at the price of about $9 for the four pack, it was good value.For anyone wondering dimensions on these, the USB-C to USB-A (female to female) adaptors are as follows: 28.4mm x 14.7mm x 7.3mm (See Pic). The USB-A port will accept up to 9.5mm of the USB shank when inserted, and the USB-C side will accept about 5mm.

My attempt to pass power from Mokin USB C charger => USB C cable => Togconn adapter (USB C to USB A) adapter => USB A Y splitter for charging hand warmer battery packs did not transfer power. All cables are known to work when used for other purposes including using a USB C male to USB A female at the charger eliminating the 1M long usb c cable. Both Tagconn adapters did not work. Total power demand should not be an issue. My guess is an IC chip built into the Togconn detected a rule violation. In short, it does not work and it should work and without a disclaimer noting a reasonable limitation. I rate it 1 star.

I needed these for a connection at the time I bought them. But by the time they got to my house, I didn't need them anymore. No fault to anyone but me. So I decided to keep them as I could see I may need them in the future just as an extension. The quality looks and feels good and they worked when I hooked them up.

Great for connecting two or more shorter USB-C cables to make a longer one. I haven't noticed any power loss yet. Have used them to power up to 50 watt charging for my phone. Also good for turning a regular USBC cable into a USB-C port, for extending those annoying ports on the back of your TV that are hard to plug things in and out of!

Bought this so I could use a USB-C cable extension that had male fittings on both ends. Biggest complaint is that they are small, so be sure to store them someplace you won’t have them slip into a crack or fall out a small hole.

I bought this to use with my Samsung watch charger which comes with a USB-A plug. Unfortunately, no matter which way I plugged it into my standard laptop USBC charger. This did not work for me and the watch would not charge on the charger. I had to return it.
