Product never worked.. I gave it to my mom in another country and no have no way of returning it. Whether it was plugged in or connected to a battery pack, the light turns on and then goes off and doesn’t heat. Waste of money.

I bought this shall for my sister in FL. She is always cold once it cools down a little. She absolutely loves it. She loves that it is warm without using the heat and is even better with it! Is of good quality and material. Would buy again.

This is a super soft and warm heating shawl that can be taken on the go. I often get cold easy and husband this for me the upcoming winter season that can used anywhere if you have USB battery pack which have to purchase separately. Overall great value for the money as I can wear it under my coat or sweater for extra warmth. Size is good too

Does not get warm, battery purchased separately. Battery weighs shaw down where battery inserts, making it where you’re constantly having to pull it down in the back. Not worth the money. Better off buying a Heated throw or heated blanket, much warmer.
