I picked the ORGSTA thermal printer since it had USB instead of bluetooth like the other ones I found online. I use it to print UPS and USPS labels for my eBay store. It feels well made, and I think it should last a while. The labels are clear and reasonably fast to print out of the box. I definitely recommend it to someone looking for an affordable alternative to all the Bluetooth thermal printers you find online.

Goodness, this is one of the best investments I’ve ever made. If you print USPS postage for small or large business and you’re still using your large printer (using expensive/messy ink) to print labels, my friend you are unnecessarily struggling. This little machine is incredibly easy to use and prints beautifully. Never ever going back to the old school way again lol.One note: if you have Apple products, please do yourself a favor and read the instructions of the pamphlet to download the installation driver FIRST. I had a mini panic attack when I plugged it in without pre-reading and my Mac initially rejected the install. Instructions are super easy and straight forward I promise.Don’t hesitate to get this one. Works like the ones that cost double or triple the price. Great value!

Reasonably compact thermal label printer that adjusts to different label sizes including round ones, came with sample labels. Wish they had included different sample size labels, doesn't cost much and at this increased price, would be nice to have! Well designed and looks great, works without any issues. Not sure why they decided to skip bluetooth or wifi, should have cost almost nothing to add these nowadays. Otherwise a decent buy.

I have used many thermal printers, this printer is horrible. Printer settings in mm, no local support, horrible instructions! Attempted contacting support cannot get anyone on the phone, customer service in China. Terrible print quality!

Setup was a bit of a struggle, but now that I have it going things are good.
